CRECE methodology

Strategic Cycle of Resilience and Business Growth

CRECE, the Spanish acronym for Ciclo Estratégico de Resiliencia y Crecimiento Empresarial, is DUAGA's own methodology for structuring assessment, planning, implementation, optimization and monitoring processes under an iterative and incremental approach to project management.

Approach

Five connected stages to review and guide the development of a project or an organization

The methodology makes it possible to organize the work, set priorities and review results periodically against changes in the market, the operation and the wider environment. Its application adapts to the scope of the engagement and can incorporate the technical, financial, operational or institutional methodologies required in each case.

01

Assessment

Characterization of the current situation, performance, constraints and opportunities.

02

Planning

Definition of objectives, alternatives, priorities, resources, schedule and indicators.

03

Implementation

Support for the rollout of prioritized actions and solutions.

04

Optimization

Performance evaluation to identify adjustments to processes, resources and solutions.

05

Monitoring and control

Tracking of indicators, results and external conditions to guide subsequent actions.

Iterative and incremental management
Application

A framework adaptable to different types of engagement

CRECE can be applied to projects and organizations with different needs. The scope is defined by the problem under analysis, the information available, the stage of development and the expected results of the work.

Operational efficiencyReview of processes, capacity, productivity and resources.
Investment and developmentPrioritization of actions, implementation sequencing and monitoring.
